License Grant

WAZE Optimizations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense the software.
  • Circumvent licensing systems or copy protections.
  • Use our tools for malicious, illegal, or unethical purposes.

Compliance with POPIA

WAZE Optimizations is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

  • You acknowledge that system modification carries inherent risks and you are solely responsible for outcomes on your device.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the software for unlawful or harmful purposes, violate third-party rights, or use unauthorized tools alongside WAZE Optimizations.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice for breach of terms. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked and you must delete all software copies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration or mediation, failing which, may be submitted to the High Court of South Africa.

WAZE Optimizations reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
